Francesca is the creative force behind every experience at La Conciergerie
d'Élite. With 12+ years of expertise in luxury brand strategy, experience
design, and lifestyle management, she brings a designer's eye to the
seemingly impossible.
Before founding La Conciergerie d'Élite, Francesca led the lifestyle division
of a premium luxury brand, where she coordinated bespoke experiences
for ultra-high-net-worth individuals. She learned something crucial:
luxury isn't about more. It's about precision, anticipation, and understanding
what someone needs before they do.
Her expertise spans destination weddings, private yacht coordination,
villa curation, corporate retreats, and the subtle psychology of serving
clients who have already achieved everything.
What truly drives Francesca is the challenge of creating seamless experiences
at scale. She believes that great service is invisible—until it fails.
Her mission is to ensure it never fails.
Francesca holds a degree in Finance and Strategic Design from Marangoni Institute of Miami and speaks Italian and English.
She's an avid art collector, world traveler,
and believes that the best business insights come from understanding culture.

Jason is the operational backbone of La Conciergerie d'Élite. With 15+
years in luxury travel logistics, private aviation, and vendor management,
he's built something most people think is impossible: a global network
of 200+ vetted, trusted partners across 30 countries.
Before founding La Conciergerie, Jason managed VIP services for a
premium luxury travel company, where he coordinated logistics for
Fortune 500 executives, royal families, and celebrities. He learned
the brutal truth about service: reliability isn't negotiable, and
problems solved invisibly are better than problems prevented obviously.
His true genius is problem-solving under pressure. He can coordinate
a 50-person yacht charter, arrange private jet logistics through
multiple countries, and secure impossible-to-get reservations—
simultaneously, without breaking a sweat.
Jason's philosophy is simple: "In luxury, we're not measured by what
goes right. We're measured by how we handle what goes wrong. Our job
is to ensure nothing ever goes wrong."
Jason holds advanced certifications in logistics management and aviation
protocols. He speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, and German. When
not coordinating global logistics, he's an aviation enthusiast and
cycling fanatic.
